WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman recently brought back an old nickname for a personal event outside of the company. Heyman was back home in New York City and went out with some members of his advertising company.

The Wiseman of the Bloodline helped Roman Reigns complete his crew at Survivor Series: WarGames to beat Solo Sikoa and his new Bloodline. There were some tensions between Reigns and CM Punk, who was brought as help by Heyman.

But with the holidays nearing, Heyman was back home in New York and had a meeting his crew at Looking 4 Larry Agency. The Hall of Famer shared on his Instagram Story that they were in the city at the greatest steakhouse. He also brought back his old nickname, "King of New York."

"When it's 1am in the Greatest City in the World ... and the Greatest Steakhouse in the Greatest City Sets Up JUST FOR YOU and Your #L4L Crew. #KingofNewYork (...and everywhere else)!!!" Heyman wrote in the caption.

Paul Heyman last used the nickname in September 2021 in a social media post ahead of Roman Reigns' appearance at Madison Square Garden. Heyman was born in New York City and promoted several shows in the area during his time as ECW's boss.

Paul Heyman makes bold claim about Cody Rhodes and his legendary father

Speaking to CBS Sports' SHAK Wrestling in late November, Paul Heyman discussed Cody Rhodes ascent to superstardom at the expense of the OTC. Heyman even thought that Cody might be the most popular member of his family, even more than his father The American Dream Dusty Rhodes.

"To Cody's indescribably massive credit, I think now is the point in history that we're realizing that Dusty Rhodes is Cody Rhodes' father. Cody Rhodes is the bearer of the family name that drives the most interest and is now the most famous. If you would have told someone that three years ago, they would have thought you were nuts," Heyman said. [H/T: CBS Sports]

Heyman added that Cody Rhodes deserved to face Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 40 regardless of the initial plans involving The Rock.
