CM Punk is thriving in WWE right now and his second stint with the company can be considered one of the best times he has had with promotion. Punk has been a total company man and gives his best on every occasion. The Voice of Voiceless almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction during the recent live show at Madison Square Garden. Paul Heyman has finally reacted to the incident.

During the show, CM Punk defeated Ludwig Kaiser in a singles match. However, despite nailing a big win, the night did not end there for Punk as he rushed out to rescue Damian Priest, just towel-wrapped and wearing a shower cap against Dominik Mysterio and Ludwig.

Paul Heyman reacted to Punk’s embarrassing moment with a six-word reaction, as he shared two clips of The Straight Edge Superstar on his Instagram stories - one where he entered the ring to face Ludwig Kaiser and quoted it “HOW IT STARTED”. The second clip, in which The Best in the World rushed out in a towel to help Priest was captioned, “HOW IT ENDED”.

CM Punk is booked for a big match at WWE RAW's debut on Netflix

CM Punk and Seth Rollins have been involved in a heated storyline for weeks. During the December 16, edition of Monday Night RAW, both stars engaged in a promo war which soon escalated into a brawl. Towards the end of the segment, security personnel had to intervene to separate them.

Following the mess, General Manager Adam Pearce announced a singles match between Seth Rollins and Punk for the January 6, edition of RAW on Netflix. The arch-rivals will lock horns for the first time since The Straight Edge Superstar made his comeback last year at Survivor Series: WarGames 2023.

Seth and Punk were originally planned to compete at WrestleMania 40, this year. However, the Stamford-based promotion had to alter plans after The Best in the World sustained a real-life injury while competing in the traditional 2024 Royal Rumble match and was sidelined for a while.

It will be interesting to see how this awaited saga unfolds in the coming months.
