A WWE veteran recently stated that he would be filing a lawsuit against Vince McMahon. That would be Dutch Mantell. The statement was quite obviously in jest, in light of another lawsuit recently filed against Mr. McMahon.

Vince McMahon was slapped with another lawsuit recently, which also named Linda McMahon and TKO Group Holdings. Pertaining to the infamous Ring Boys scandal, the lawsuit accuses the defendants of willfully choosing to ignore the alleged sexual misconduct the 'Ring Boys' crew was facing.

While speaking about the matter on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell jokingly stated that he would also file a lawsuit to get a settlement cheque:

"Very few people know this. That thinking back on it now, you know, I was a part of that ring boy crew too. And I am gonna to file my paper soon (chuckles). Pay me some money and I'll just go away. Vince, hey, like I say, where there's smoke, there's fire. And this is too much of this happening, and people knew about it then, and it's just popping up over and over and over again." WWE veteran Dutch Mantell thinks the lawsuit is intended to end in a settlement

According to WWE veteran Dutch Mantell, the plaintiff apparently does not think the case will make it to court.

While speaking on the same episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, Dutch shared his opinion about the new lawsuit against Vince McMahon:

"I think what they are looking for is a settlement out of court. See what they can get there. But, that is so old. And I don't know where it's going... I am gonna have to sit back and withhold judgment on that because I don't know the details on it. It's just an old, old happening." [2:03 onwards]

As of now, it remains to be seen what is next for the former CEO of WWE down the line.
