WWE has been teasing a massive tag team break-up for quite some time now. However, things seem to have settled down over the past few weeks, leaving the fans wondering about their future. Thankfully, new information indicates there are no imminent plans to break up the team now. The tag team in question here is the duo of Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, A-Town Down Under.
The former tag team champions have had some issues with each other in the past few months. Both men have been acting like the de-facto leader of the group, often deciding for the team themselves. However, over the past few weeks, WWE has not featured any updates about this storyline.
According to WrestleVotes on a live Q&A with Bill Apter on Backstage Pass, WWE has no plans to break A-Town Down Under any time soon. However, they might pick the story back up if something worthy enough to cause the team to break up emerges.
"Yeah, so I think those two guys are going to remain together until there’s something substantial for either one of them. They’ve been on NXT a couple of weeks ago. They could be used down there frequently I’d imagine. But as far as SmackDown or the main roster program, until something comes up along that’s worth breaking them up, I gotta see them stay together," reported WrestleVotes.

Austin Theory and Grayson Waller were a part of the No.1 Contenders tournament for the World Tag Team Championships. The duo lost the Triple-Threat match to the debuting Motor City Machine Guns.
The duo also challenged Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championships a couple of weeks ago but ended up falling short again. Fans will have to wait and see what WWE has in store for A-Town Down Under next.
