WWE has created several controversial gimmicks for its superstars over the years. One such name does not like any reference to his former gimmick, and Dijak asked Apollo Crews to stop saying a particular word related to it.
In August 2020, the creative team came up with the idea of RETRIBUTION. However, the names in the faction involved never got a proper push and silently reverted to lesser gimmicks.
During his time with the group, Dijak, known as T-Bar, asked Apollo Crews to stop using the word "retribution" after the latter said it in a backstage interview.
"Please stop saying it," an irate Dijak wrote.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Dijak is one of the only two original members of RETRIBUTION still signed with the company (the other being Mia Yim fka Reckoning). The remaining members either left or were released by the company. T-Bar and Mace were stuck with their gimmicks for several months, even after the faction disbanded. They worked as enhancement talents and couldn't get over it.
Some lesser-known WWE Superstars have returned as part of The Wyatt Sicks
WWE has several major factions on all three brands doing great work. The Bloodline, Judgment Day, and The Wyatt Sicks have been the talk of the town over the past several months.
The June 17, 2024, episode of RAW hosted the debut of The Wyatt Sicks. The faction was a brainchild of the late Bray Wyatt. It currently consists of Bo Dallas (Uncle Howdy), Nikki Cross (Abby the Witch), Dexter Lumis (Mercy the Buzzard), Joe Gacy (Huskus the Pig Boy), and Erick Rowan (Ramblin' Rabbit).
WWE could give the superstars involved some big matches and a big push, as they haven't done anything remarkable over the past couple of years. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the dark faction, which has an intriguing story to tell.
