Popular celebrity teases appearance at WWE Money in the Bank; Sami Zayn reacts

WWE Superstar Sami Zayn has reacted to a popular star teasing a surprise appearance at Money in the Bank 2024. The premium live event will air this Saturday night and Zayn will be in action.

Sami Zayn will be defending his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker this weekend in Toronto, Canada. The former NXT Champion sent the Canadian a message last night on WWE RAW by leveling him with a Spear. A former rival of Zayn's has also teased an appearance at Money in the Bank. Hollywood star Johnny Knoxville defeated the Intercontinental Champion in an Anything Goes match at WrestleMania 38 and shared an image on his Instagram story of seemingly preparing to take a flight to Toronto.

Zayn reacted to Knoxville's post on his X/Twitter account and hilariously wondered what Knoxville was up to. You can check out the 39-year-old's reaction in the post below.

Ex-WWE writer reacts to Sami Zayn claiming he would defeat Bron Breakker

Wrestling legend Vince Russo has reacted to the promo between Sami Zayn and Bron Breakker last night on RAW.

Zayn vowed to defeat Breakker last night on RAW and Russo claimed the statement was a mistake. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, the veteran wondered why the Intercontinental Champion would say that if he was going to lose. Russo added that he would be surprised if Bron loses at Money in the Bank and suggested that people liking Zayn backstage has influenced his booking.

"I am telling you. Remember I told you about the Bret Hart rule, this bothers me deeply. Why is Sami Zayn saying I am going to beat Bron Breakker at Money in the Bank unless he is going to beat Bron Breakker at Money in the Bank? If they put him over Bron Breakker I am sorry bro I throw my hands up in the air. You know guys, I gotta tell you when I was at the WWE there were some wrestlers I liked more than others, okay? no question about it. I was not going to let that affect my booking and it never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever affected my booking. Bron Breakker brutally took out Ricochet last month on WWE RAW and now the former United States Champion has been moved to the alumni section on the company's website. It will be interesting to see who walks out of Money in the Bank as the Intercontinental Champion this weekend.
