Prayers up for WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio

Dominik Mysterio and his family are currently going through a real tragedy. The star has been left with very little reason to celebrate after recent news broke.

Earlier today, El Hijo de Rey Misterio shared that his father, Rey Misterio Sr., had passed away. He took to social media to share the news.

"Friends and family, I regret to inform you that my father, Miguel Ángel López Días, Rey Misterio Sr., he passed away today morning...You will be kept informed. Thank you."

His nephew is WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, who is the father of Dominik Mysterio. The young WWE star has also commented on his great-uncle's passing. He shared a video of Rey Misterio Sr. from earlier in his life, where he was talking about Lucha Libre.

"Well my name is Miguel Angel Lopez Diaz. I am a native of Tijuana. I am 32 years old, and I have been a fan of Lucha Libre all my life."

In the caption, he bid farewell to his family member and called him a king.

"Q.E.P.D. Tio 👑❔🖤, " Dominik wrote.

Q.E.P.D is the short form of que en paz descanse, which means may he rest in peace.
