R-Truth hilariously confuses major WWE star for Andre the Giant; 41-year-old responds

R-Truth hilariously confused a popular WWE star for Andre the Giant today. The veteran is currently in a rivalry with his former tag team partner The Miz after the latter betrayed him on the September 30 edition of WWE RAW.

The 52-year-old took to social media earlier today to share a hilarious post. He took a photo next to a gigantic tribute of Andre the Giant and convinced himself that it was Braun Strowman. He took a photo next to the tribute at WWE Headquarters and tagged The Monster of All Monsters as seen in his post below.

"👀 wow @Adamscherr99 🙌🏿," he wrote.

Braun Strowman reacted to R-Truth's message with a facepalm emoji.

The Miz and R-Truth (Awesome Truth) captured the World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania XL. However, their friendship fell apart after losing the titles and The A-Lister betrayed Truth last month.

Meanwhile, Braun Strowman is out of action due to a torn groin suffered in the Last Monster Standing Match against Bronson Reed last month on the red brand.

WWE Superstar The Miz claims R-Truth has turned heel

The Miz recently suggested that he was the good guy, and R-Truth was the one who turned heel in their storyline. Miz booted Truth in the head when he tagged in during their tag team match against The Authors of Pain last month on RAW.

In an interview on the Rich Eisen Show, the former WWE Champion claimed that he had done everything right. He added that R-Truth had been the heel the entire time, and he betrayed his former tag team partner to show him that he was going about things the wrong way.

"I feel like I'm a good guy. I've done everything right. R-Truth is the one that has been the heel the whole time, in my opinion. You don't believe me? The guy has put me through so much. So much. And then sometimes you just need to turn on someone to make them realize the error in their ways," Miz said.

Truth attacked The Miz this past Monday night on RAW, and the distraction allowed The New Day to defeat The Final Testament to advance to the finals of the tournament to determine The Judgment Day's next opponents for the World Tag Team Championships. The New Day will be squaring off against The War Raiders and Latino World Order's Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee this Monday on WWE RAW.
