There's no question that R-Truth is one of the funniest WWE Superstars in history. His comedic timing has made countless stars smile and laugh on screen. Former WWE star Santino Marella, who is also known for his amusing gimmick, wants to make a movie with the multi-time 24/7 Champion.

Three of the biggest Hollywood stars in the world today are former WWE Champions: The Rock, John Cena, and Batista. Several current stars are already dipping their toes in acting, such as Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Liv Morgan, and Drew McIntyre.

Who's next? Possibly Truth and Santino Marella, who are two of the best comedy acts in WWE history. The 50-year-old Santino was recently a guest on the No Name Wrestling podcast, where he revealed that he always wanted to team up with the RAW Superstar. He also expressed his desire to possibly be in a buddy cop movie with the veteran.

"As Santino, I would've loved to have tagged with R-Truth. I think that would have been [good]. I wanted to do, like a detective movie with R-Truth, where we are like cops. We're both good cops (...) bumbling around," Marella said. [H/T: WrestlingInc.]

With WWE RAW on Netflix now, in addition to the company's collaboration with TNA Wrestling, a buddy cop movie featuring Truth and Santino might not be the worst idea. There's a lot of potential in WWE partnering with a streaming site, including stars possibly getting parts in films or television shows.

What is R-Truth's proudest moment in WWE?

On Insight with Chris Van Vliet, R-Truth revealed that his proudest WWE moment was making Brock Lesnar laugh and break character. It happened because there was a bet backstage involving Paul Heyman, with Lesnar not being informed beforehand of what Truth would say in their segment.

"Probably Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. The thing with that was, I come to Gorilla [position] and Paul was there. He’s like, ‘Hey, we got a bet going on.’ I was like, ‘What bet?’ He’s like, ‘That you can make Brock laugh.’ I said, ‘What do you mean?’ (...) That was the most impromptu thing that just came off like sliced bread. It was just great," Truth said. [H/T: chrisvanvliet.com]

At the age of 52, Truth remains popular among fans despite being mainly involved in comedic segments.
