WWE Superstar Randy Orton is scheduled for a match in his hometown this week on NXT in St. Louis. Ahead of the match, however, The Apex Predator looked concerned in a backstage segment. Interestingly, he even turned to a couple of reigning champions on the developmental brand for advice. The names in question are Nathan Frazer and Axiom.

Randy Orton is scheduled to face Je’Von Evans in a one-on-one match this week. The Young OG has soared over several superstars with his sheer speed, athleticism, and high-flying moves. Notably, RKO seems to have scouted the 23-year-old and spoke to two other high-fliers on NXT, Fraxiom, for advice.

Particularly, The Viper asked how fast was Je’Von Evans. While Axiom said that he honestly believed Evans was the fastest, Frazer got offended and said that he was faster. This prompted Axiom to apologize to Orton for his partner’s hot-headedness. However, RKO, known for his own hot-headedness as The Legend Killer, said that it was not a bad thing.

“Yeah, trust me, I can relate, but there's nothing wrong with being a hothead. In fact, sometimes we all need to find our dark place,” said The Viper.

These wise words were quickly absorbed by Nathan Frazer. Following this, the NXT Tag Team Champions exited to prepare for their match against A-Town Down Under and Randy Orton wished them good luck. It would be interesting to see if Evans’ high-speed moves would be enough to take down The Viper in front of his hometown audience.
