WWE live events are often filled with memorable moments and matches as stars get more freedom to express themselves off-screen. Wednesday's live event in Birmingham was no different.

In addition to multiple title matches, the show also saw Jey Uso's losing run come to an end as the former Bloodline member finally got a win at a house show.

Jey Uso has done fairly well as a singles star since leaving The Bloodline and moving over to RAW. The record-breaking Tag Team Champion is set to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash in France. He won the opportunity on RAW last week after a little assist from CM Punk, who distracted Drew McIntyre when he was on the cusp of victory.

However, the younger Uce has not faired so well on the live circuit, with his last win at a house show coming back in January. That changed at last night's event in Birmingham, as Jey got a win over Drew McIntyre. This was the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion's first live event win in 87 days. He lost eight matches during this time.

Jey Uso defeated Finn Balor on WWE RAW

After a rough first few months as a singles wrestler, Jey Uso has come into his own on the red brand. The star was in action on RAW this past Monday, taking on Finn Balor.

The former Bloodline member emerged victorious despite being attacked before the match. He also faced a post-match assault at the hands of The Judgment Day but managed to escape the heel faction before any serious damage was inflicted upon him.

Jey will face Damian Priest at WWE Backlash after winning the Fatal Four-Way #1 contenders match on RAW last week. The Archer of Infamy was also in action at last night's house show, where he made his first title defense. Priest defeated Kofi Kingston to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
