Record-breaking WWE champion aims to set a new record at Royal Rumble 2025

WWE has gone global in the past few years, as the company has held many of its premium live events outside of the United States. Recently, the longest-reigning RAW Women's Champion Bianca Belair stated that she is looking forward to making history when Royal Rumble 2025 takes place in Indiana.

After moving to WWE's main roster, Bianca Belair worked on Monday Night RAW before she received her big break on Friday Night SmackDown. In 2021, she won the Women's Royal Rumble match and etched her name as the first African-American female star to headline The Showcase of the Immortals in Florida.

The longest-reigning RAW Women's Champion wants to make more history in WWE when the Royal Rumble takes place in Indiana. During an interview with Comic Book Nation, The EST stated that she has her sights set on the event and wants to become the first woman to win the Rumble twice.

"Now, that we know that Royal Rumble is going to be here [Indianapolis] in 2025, knowing that I've actually won in 2021, I would love to recreate history and win it here, and become the first woman to win the Royal Rumble two times. Bianca Belair on a dream match against major WWE star

Tag Teams in professional wrestling often turn against each other before they start their journeys as single superstars. Some teams are meant to last forever across promotions, and some duos only stick with each other for a while in the company.

The team of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill fit the latter bracket as the two sporadically decided to team up after WrestleMania in Philadelphia and won the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships in France at Backlash 2024.

Recently, the duo lost the titles Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn in Scotland. Before her title defense at Clash at the Castle, Bianca Belair was interviewed by Cultaholic, when she was asked about a dream match against Jade Cargill. The EST said:

"I mean, of course. There were rumblings of us being a dream match before she even got to WWE. So, I don't think it's a matter of if it's going to happen; it's just a matter of when [it's going to happen]. I think that when it does happen, it's going to be huge."

While the former RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion didn't comment on a date, she was confident that a showdown between the two will happen soon, as it is a matter of when and not if.
