Sami Zayn will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker at WWE SummerSlam this Saturday. A former employee of the company recently predicted the outcome of the anticipated square-off.

Over the past several weeks, the second-generation superstar has targeted the former Bloodline member on Monday Night RAW. Despite losing clean to Zayn at Money in the Bank, Breakker continued attacking the 40-year-old, leading to receiving another title opportunity at SummerSlam. Although the Canadian star succeeded in fending off another surprise attack from the former NXT Champion on the latest edition of red brand, former employee Tommy Carlucci believes the young star will be victorious at The Biggest Party of The Summer.

Carlucci, who spent over 30 years in the Stamford-based company, claimed on The Last Word podcast that Breakker would "terrorize" Zayn at SummerSlam before taking his Intercontinental Championship:

"I'm looking forward to Bron just terrorizing Sami Zayn from pillar to post and actually being a young man, so young in the business, taking the title away from Sami Zayn," he said. [From 28:58 to 29:13]

Ex-WWE host also thinks Sami Zayn will lose his title at SummerSlam

On his The Wrestling Matt podcast, former WWE host Matt Camp also addressed the upcoming clash between Sami Zayn and Bron Breakker at SummerSlam. Like Tommy Carlucci, he predicted that the 40-year-old would drop the title to the second-generation superstar.

Camp explained his opinion, stating that the Stamford-based company would not have Breakker lose to Zayn two consecutive times:

"He's [Bron Breakker] gonna beat Sami for the IC title. They're not gonna have him lose twice," he said.

Since his arrival on the main roster, Breakker has established himself as a wrecking machine. It would be interesting to see if he would capture his first championship on RAW this Saturday in Cleveland.
