WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio is arguably one of the most beloved babyfaces in history. The Master of the 619 has been involved in many fierce rivalries over the years, and during a recent interview, the veteran teased reigniting a deeply personal feud.
The WWE Hall of Famer was involved in an intense rivalry with his son, Dominik Mysterio, which saw the two compete at WrestleMania 39. Although Rey defeated "Dirty" Dom, the two have regularly crossed paths since then.
Speaking on Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg, Mysterio teased competing with Dominik Mysterio. He pointed out that the fights within a family never vanish, and he is ready to lock horns with his son again if the time comes.
"So I don’t think when a father fights with his son, daughter fights with her mother, that’s family, that always stays there, that’s never going away. Eventually, I think, if the papers are turned and it’s time for us to walk around the corner and bump heads again, and we have to go at it one more time? Let’s do it," he said. [H/T: Ringside News]

WWE Hall of Famer claims Rey Mysterio should challenge Jacob Fatu
The Bloodline member Jacob Fatu has been among the most dominant stars since joining the blue brand earlier this year. WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry wants the 32-year-old to have a rivalry with the veteran.
Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Henry suggested that Fatu and Mysterio could bump into each other backstage, with The Bloodline member disrespecting the veteran. The World's Strongest Man added it should further lead to the former World Heavyweight Champion challenging The Samoan Werewolf for a match.
"There's nobody else like Rey Mysterio in wrestling and especially in WWE. Like for Jacob Fatu to walk down the hallway and bump into Rey Mysterio and tell him to watch out, watch where you're walking. And Rey Mysterio, 'Hey men, like, I'm Rey Mysterio. How you doing?' 'I don't give a f*ck who you are. You bump my shoulder again I'm gonna throw you into that wall.' 'Listen man, if that's the way it's gonna be, then let's create one of these banger tonight and get your a** to the ring. I've battled giants my whole life and I've beat a few monsters too.' Boom, let's go!" Henry said.
Jacob Fatu has yet to compete in a televised singles match in WWE. He will team up with Bronson Reed and fellow Bloodline members to take on the OG Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames.
