Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan engage in a heated argument ahead of WWE RAW

Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan are involved in one of the most prolonged rivalries in women's wrestling. The RAW Superstars have continued to fire shots at each other following their confrontation at Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Judgment Day member successfully defended the Women's World Championship against Damage CTRL's IYO SKY on the show. While she was on her way back alongside Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez, The Eradicator made a surprising appearance to have a staredown with the champion, teasing a title match against her.

Earlier today, Ripley took to her X/Twitter account to fire shots at Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio as she claimed she 'never needed a man to be called MAMI.' In response, the former Riott Squad member called out The Nightmare for mentioning 'Dirty' Dom for no reason. It led to a back-and-forth between the two rivals.

As of the time of writing, Ripley had posted the last response, mocking the Women's World Champion:

"I normally have to tell people to go touch grass… but you, you need to touch it a little less my dude," she wrote.

Wrestling veteran praises Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan

Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan are among the most popular female stars on the roster. NWA Hall of Famer Bill Apter recently praised the Stamford-based company's women, including the two arch-rivals, for their performances throughout 2024.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine, the legendary journalist claimed that The Eradicator had redefined women's wrestling in WWE. Apter name-dropped Nia Jax and Liv Morgan as other top performers. However, the veteran pointed out that Ripley was the one who became a household name in professional wrestling this year.

"To me, Rhea Ripley changed the tide, the riptide there. Rhea Ripley redefined the female end of WWE, and I would say there are a lot of other women in there that [sic] did incredible, including Teddy's pick, Nia Jax. Liv Morgan [is] also way up there, and so many of them. [...] Rhea is, people expect to see her. She became a household face in the pro wrestling business in 2024," he said. [8:55 onwards]

As things stand, Rhea is likely to challenge Morgan for the Women's World Championship for the third time. It will be interesting to see whether she can finally dethrone The Judgment Day member.
