Rhea Ripley sends a message to husband Buddy Matthews after wearing makeup inspired by him at Survivor Series: WarGames

Rhea Ripley unveiled a new look at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, with her makeup very similar to that of her real-life husband, Buddy Matthews. Mami acknowledged the same as she sent a three-word message to the AEW star after the show.

Rhea was in action at WWE's recently concluded premium live event. She joined forces with Bianca Belair, Iyo Sky, Bayley, and Naomi to defeat Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Candice LeRae, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez. The former Judgment Day member picked up the win for her team after she delivered a Riptide to Morgan through a table.

Rhea Ripley, who recently suffered from an orbital bone fracture, showed up for the match in a unique mask. Mami removed the mask to reveal new makeup that looked very similar to her husband Buddy Matthew's facepaint. She confirmed that her look was inspired by the AEW star, and she sent him a three-word message on Instagram.

Rhea Ripley has been in a relationship with Buddy Matthews since 2022. The duo got engaged in August 2023 and tied the knot earlier this year. Both stars hail from Australia and met when the latter was still a part of WWE. However, Matthews was released from the company in 2021. He joined AEW a year later.

While Buddy Matthews is a part of the House of Black stable in Tony Khan's promotion, his wife was ousted from her faction a few months back. Mami, however, has fared well on her own and even pinned the Women's World Champion last night at Survivor Series: WarGames.

Rhea Ripley also made it clear after the match that the feud between her and Liv Morgan is far from over. With the Eradicator pinning the Women's World Champion in the 5v5 match, she is likely to get another shot at the title. However, Iyo Sky is in line before her as she recently won the #1 contenders match for Liv's title.
