Rhea Ripley and her team emerged victorious in the Women's WarGames Match at the Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 Premium Live Event. The bout also marked Mami's first in-ring outing since returning from injury.
Back in October 2024 when Ripley was attacked by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in the NXT parking lot, it looked like Mami could be on the shelf for a few months. However, Rhea did the unthinkable and returned in a matter of weeks to set up a Women's WarGames Match at the recently culminated PLE.
Rhea Ripley teamed up with Bianca Belair, Bayley, Naomi, and IYO SKY to defeat the team of Liv, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Rodriguez, and Candice LeRae. Moreover, the win also seemingly cemented Mami as the next challenger for Morgan's Women's World Championship, as she pinned her arch-nemesis.
Ripley recently took to her X/Twitter handle to share a picture of the moment when she pinned Morgan from her match inside the steel structure. Alongside it, she even wrote a short caption. Check it out below:
"Cry. About. It."

Rhea Ripley gave an injury update after Survivor Series: WarGames 2024
Rhea Ripley came out wearing a mask for the Women's WarGames Match at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024, potentially as a precautionary measure as she suffered an injury in October 2024. However, Mami took out her mask during the match.
In the post-show press conference, Rhea Ripley was asked about her injury. The RAW Superstar stated that she was feeling better now, though she did not provide an exact update on whether she had recovered completely.
"Honestly, I can't see it so I don't know. But it feels very good," Rhea Ripley said.
Even during the aforementioned post-show press conference, Mami had made it clear that she was coming after Liv Morgan and even Dominik Mysterio. With Saturday Night's Main Event hardly two weeks away, it remains to be seen if WWE pits Ripley and Morgan in a Women's World Championship match at the show.
