Ricochet reacts as 28-year-old star who only started wrestling 7 months ago is revealed to be a huge fan

Ricochet recently reacted to a 28-year-old rookie who revealed she was a massive fan of him.

Yuzuki is a Japanese star who has made a name for herself in the independent scene. She even made her debut for Stardom recently. Even more impressive is that this young star only started training in March. She made her in-ring debut in May this year and has proven to be capable of handling herself in the ring.

Yuzuki recently revealed she is passionate about WWE and Dragon Gate. She also said she is a massive fan of the former Intercontinental Champion. Ricochet caught wind of this and responded to the young Japanese star calling her awesome.

"Hahaha it's always gonna be cool to hear. Thank you! She's already awesome!" he wrote.

Ricochet will be out of action for some time

The RAW star recently competed in one of the biggest matches of his career as he faced off against Ivar, Bronson Reed, and The Miz in a number-one contender's match for the Intercontinental Championship.

The Miz ended up winning that match. However, the former Intercontinental Champion has been missing from WWE television since losing that match. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has since reported that the RAW star has suffered a concussion in the Fatal Four-way match and will miss several weeks of action.

"Ricochet is believed to have had a concussion. He had no memory of anything that happened in much of the match, but other than that, was said to be feeling fine. He’s in concussion protocol, there is no time frame when he will be able to wrestle again. It could be this weekend and it could be a long time, but the hope was it wouldn’t be long."

It will be interesting to see when the 35-year-old star will return to action after suffering a concussion on RAW.
