Three of Rikishi's sons are active competitors on WWE's main roster - Solo Sikoa, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso. The Hall of Famer seemingly implied that one of them recently considered stepping away from wrestling.

Rikishi's son Jimmy went on hiatus after The Bloodline took him out on the first episode of SmackDown after WrestleMania 40. However, he returned at Bad Blood after nearly six months of absence.

On the latest episode of his Off The Top podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer addressed his son's comeback to help Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. The wrestling legend stated he was glad god answered his prayers to give his son the health and strength to make the right decision.

Rikishi noted that he told his son that he had the choice to return or not, claiming that wrestling would always be there but his health was a different story, pointing out the effect of in-ring competition on the competitors' bodies. He added that he asked Jimmy not to tell him if he would return, seemingly implying that the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion considered stepping away from the ring.

A female WWE star said her life is in danger. Details HERE

"It only takes 30 seconds to put your a** in a wheelchair for the rest of your life. Is it worth it? Hey, some might say wrestlers, might say we crazy, you know, but at the end of the day, you already know what you signed up for. You already know. And so, the choice, that was my thing, just the choice is yours. I'm just gonna pray for you, for your strength and health. I said, 'Don't even tell me if you're coming back. I don't wanna know if you're coming. I wanna see it or I'll read about it," he said. [9:11 - 9:47]

The WWE Hall of Famer explained why he asked fans to pray for Jimmy Uso

Before Jimmy Uso's comeback at Bad Blood, his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, took to X to ask fans to pray for his son. The tweet sparked rumors about the 39-year-old's health as fans became concerned.

On his Off The Top podcast, Riksihi addressed his post and the people's reaction to it and said that his words were misrepresented.

"God forbid I even say anything on social media. You know, everybody thought that Jimmy was in the hospital, he was... All I said was just send a prayer to my son. That's it as any father would give any son. You know, just pray for my son that's it. I didn't say nothing he was in the hospital, I didn't say... I just pray for his health. That's what I was saying. Oh, hell! I got so much slack for just a father trying to send some prayers for his boy," he said.

Big Jim reunited with Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown. He also hinted at a reconciliation with Jey Uso while trying to convince The Original Tribal Chief that they needed help to even the numbers with The Bloodline. It would be interesting to see if that would happen down the line.
