WWE Survivor Series is officially over, and fans have not been able to stop talking about it. The main event of the PLE featured the monstrous WarGames match between The OG Bloodline and The New Bloodline, but a couple of injuries kept the WWE Universe worried.

While Jimmy Uso suffered a minor injury of his own, Bronson Reed left it all in the ring, suffering an injury seemingly big enough to keep him out of action for months. The 36-year-old sustained the injury when he tried to take Roman Reigns out with a Tsunami from the top of the cage, but ended up going through the table himself.

During a recent edition of the Off The Top podcast, Rikishi addressed Reed's injury and expressed his concern, stating that injuries were a part of the game. While the veteran hoped that Reed would not be sidelined for a long time, he stated that it would require a lot of work on the ankle for him to get back in the squared circle.

"The show goes on, you know what I mean? Hopefully, he’s not going to be out for too long. But if it’s the type of injury they’re talking about, it could require reconstruction of the ankle. They’ve got to put everything back together—all the tendons—so it’s a tough situation,” said Rikishi. [13:08 onwards]

When will Bronson Reed return to WWE?

Bronson Reed's injury seems to be quite a problem for the star and WWE. Though there has been no update on the severity of his injury yet, reports claim that the 36-year-old has been undergoing scans and tests to verify the status of his ankle. However, it seems like the star broke his ankle during the splash from the top of the cage at WarGames.

While Reed's return date seems uncertain, with his recent message to Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline, it looks like the star would return and join the faction to continue his dominance along with the top storyline in the company. Time will tell what WWE has in store for the star next.
