Former WWE manager and wrestling legend Dutch Mantell is enjoying the complex relationship between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes. The two stars will be teaming up at Bad Blood.
WWE produced a high-budget segment between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes for this week's SmackDown. The two stars met at the Georgia Tech football field to settle their differences and determine if they have each other’s back at the upcoming premium live event.
During the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell felt that both stars were neither clean-cut babyfaces nor heels. He felt the complex equation between the two was great for compelling television segments. The veteran pointed out that WWE has a good thing going and would hold off on turning either star heel.
"What we saw here was almost two tweeners together. I don't think you can move either one of them heel. If they wanted to, as a last resort they could. But I don't think they're even thinking about that." [From 29:35 to 29:49]
