Roman Reigns sent Paul Heyman a message this week on SmackDown. Things have turned desperate for the Original Tribal Chief within WWE at this time.

Reigns is not happy with the way things have been happening on WWE SmackDown.

While Reigns and Heyman were part of the same interview outside the company, they have not been present on-screen since returning. Heyman has also been away from the company ever since he was destroyed by The Bloodline in June. Now, though, that situation may be changing.

Roman Reigns has not talked about Paul Heyman on SmackDown since stepping away after his loss at WrestleMania. However, that changed this week.

He was backstage, worrying about Solo Sikoa's message to him on SmackDown when Jimmy Uso scared him by standing too close. Reigns, startled, told him that it was the Wise Man's position to stand then.

Roman Reigns then went on to send an indirect message to Paul Heyman, saying that had the Wise Man been present on SmackDown, his issues would have already been sorted. He answered Jimmy when he asked Reigns to speak to Jey Uso.

"I think if the Wise Man was here, this would be done by now."

It remains to be seen what Heyman does when he hears this and if this is setting up a return for the star.
