At the SummerSlam premium live event, Reigns returned during the main event between Cody Rhodes and Sikoa. His interference led to Rhodes retaining the Undisputed WWE Championship.
During the closing moments of SmackDown, Reigns brawled with Sikoa and speared both Tama and Loa. The show concluded with The Original Tribal Chief warning his former Enforcer, who escaped with the Ula Fala, which once belonged to Reigns.
“I'm gonna give you one chance, you understand me?" said Reigns to Sikoa

Roman Reigns lost the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes in a Bloodline Rules Match at WrestleMania XL. After the loss, he went on a hiatus, with Sikoa taking charge of The Bloodline.
The former NXT North American Champion recruited Tama, Loa, and Jacob Fatu into the faction. He also booted Jimmy Uso and Paul Heyman out of the group after Uso lost his WrestleMania match, and The Wiseman refused to acknowledge Sikoa as his Tribal Chief.
Reigns and Sikoa could go head-to-head in a singles match at some point. As of now, Sikoa is still in possession of the Ula Fala.
