Roman Reigns suffering massive loss to second-generation WWE star is possible, says legend, and it's not Cody Rhodes

Roman Reigns returned last night on WWE SmackDown to seek revenge on The Bloodline. A wrestling legend now thinks the Original Tribal Chief should go one-on-one with a member of Solo Sikoa's faction.

The Bloodline member in question is none other than Jacob Fatu. Reigns and Fatu almost got physical last night before Sikoa pulled his Enforcer out of the ring. That came a few weeks after The Samoan Werewolf destroyed the Original Tribal Chief on the blue brand. Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry expressed his desire to see the two superstars go one-on-one.

The World's Strongest Man even suggested Fatu could win his first square-off against Reigns with the help of The Bloodline, leading The Samoan Werewolf to seemingly question Sikoa's authority:

"How about you do Roman [vs. Fatu] first [before Cody Rhodes vs. Fatu] and you give Jacob a win over Roman because of The Bloodline distracting and doing something? Now, Jacob can say to Solo that he did something that you didn't do. And it's like, 'I did beat Roman Reigns.' 'And what is that supposed to mean? I'm not The Tribal Chief no more?' 'No, no, no, you're The Tribal Chief.' Bro, I'm telling you, the drama," Henry said. [From 12:30 to 13:14]

Jacob is the son of legendary Samoan wrestler Samu Fatu. He was part of WWE (WWF) from 1983 to 1988.

Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu could happen at WWE Crown Jewel, suggests Sam Roberts

Roman Reigns would get his hands on Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood when the Original Tribal Chief teams up with Cody Rhodes to fight The Samoan Werewolf and Solo Sikoa in a tag team match.

Meanwhile, WWE analyst Sam Roberts addressed the possibility of seeing the two superstars go head-to-head later this year. He wondered if the anticipated square-off could happen at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 2:

"When do we get? Would we get a Roman Reigns [vs.] Jacob Fatu match maybe at the pay-per-view [PLE] in early November? Is there a Saudi pay-per-view [PLE] then? And then Survivor Series WarGames to finally end The Bloodline? I don't know," he said.

Jacob Fatu has not competed in singles matches since joining the Stamford-based company. Meanwhile, he is still undefeated in tag team action. It would be interesting to see if he would suffer his first loss at Bad Blood.
