A real-life Bloodline member and former WWE Superstar recently discussed The Rock's return at the 2024 Bad Blood Premium Live Event. The Bloodline member being referred to is Roman Reigns' cousin, Afa Anoa'i Jr.
The Original Tribal Chief and Cody Rhodes shockingly teamed up to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match at WWE Bad Blood. After the arch-rivals defeated The Bloodline, The Final Boss made his electrifying return.
Although The Rock did not say a word on live television, he cut an incredible promo on his Instagram Live. In the promo, he was seemingly unhappy with Roman Reigns teaming up with Cody Rhodes.
In an exclusive chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Afa Anoa'i Jr. said The Brahma Bull had every right to be upset with The Original Tribal Chief for involving The American Nightmare in their family business.

The former WWE star also mentioned that The Rock was at the same level as Roman Reigns because he got the tag of 'The High Chief,' while Reigns was The Tribal Chief.
"I mean, it's family business, you know? We should be keeping this within the family business. So yeah, he has every right to be upset that he is technically a High Chief too. So, it's deeper than just wrestling storylines. And then I see when he was walking down and he was burying everybody on the trucks and stuff like that, it's typical Rock stuff," he said.
Afa also mentioned that WWE dropped the ball with The Rock's return as he did not do anything significant on live TV due to a possible lack of air time.
"However, I felt like they dropped the ball with his return just because he just came out, did the one, two, three thing, and left. I feel like it really dropped the crowd (...) The whole Instagram live thing I felt was in replace of maybe the lack of air time that they had left," he added.
Real-life Bloodline member Afa Anoa'i Jr. talked about The Rock's return at WWE Bad Blood after Roman Reigns' match
In the same conversation with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Afa Anoa'i Jr. said it was only a matter of time before The Rock showed up as he promised he would target Cody Rhodes.
"I knew The Rock was in town, I didn't know he was going to show up per se. But I knew he was in town filming and stuff like that, so it was only a matter of time before he shows up. I feel like since the whole WrestleMania deal and everything like that. So, it's a good build going into Survivor Series, I feel like," he said.
It remains to be seen what WWE has planned for The Rock and Roman Reigns' involvement in The Bloodline going forward.
