The Bloodline came out on top at WWE Crown Jewel as Roman Reigns and The Usos suffered a loss in their first outing together in nearly two years. The match was filled with enthralling moments; however, it also saw a major botch taking place.
The OG Bloodline reunited on SmackDown this past Friday as The OTC squashed his beef with Jey Uso. The trio took on Tama Tonga, Solo Sikoa, and Jacob Fatu in a six-man tag team match to open the WWE Crown Jewel. This was also Reigns and The Usos' first match together since WarGames 2022.
However, the trio failed to end the match on a winning note as The Bloodline numbers advantage came into play. Jacob Fatu laid out all three babyfaces after which Solo Sikoa delivered two Samoan Spikes to Roman Reigns to pick up the victory for his team.
The match also saw a major botch as Jimmy Uso was late to make the save after Reigns was hit with a Samoan Spike early in the match and as a result, the referee messed up the three count. Nonetheless, Sikoa still managed to pick up the win for his team and start WWE Crown Jewel on a high note.
After the match, The Bloodline continued to attack The OTC and The Usos, which led to Sami Zayn coming out to make the save for his former stablemates. However, the former Intercontinental Champion inadvertently hit Roman Reigns to end the segment on a chaotic note.
