Ronda Rousey left WWE in the summer of 2023 and has recently been very vocal in lamenting her time in the company. According to many in the industry, the chances of her returning to the pro-wrestling juggernaut are slim at this point, owing to her own bitterness.
Hall of Famer Rikishi has now weighed in on Rousey's candid conversations with media post-WWE and even in her autobiography, Our Fight: A Memoir, in which she has called out the company.
Promoting the upcoming episode of his podcast, Rikishi Fatu Off The Top on Instagram, Rikishi shared a reel in which he discusses The Baddest Woman on the Planet. He started off by pointing to how the ex-UFC fighter is consistently taking digs at the company that gave her an opportunity:
"Don't knock the business that gave you an opportunity," Rikishi said. "Because all they did was give you an opportunity. Tried to be the best, to work the best with you, and whatever happened just fell through the cracks."

Rikishi then went on to praise her for having athletic ability which can always be put to use in the professional wrestling industry. However, he added that the negative comments usually stem from jealousy.
This is something that The Bloodline can see from a mile away thanks to their knowledge from generations:
"I like Ronda. I think she has a lot of athletic ability that could have turned into a positive in the professional wrestling industry. But when you have a lot of people that's in your ears, and who knows, you see, that's something that she didn't train for. You get other people, the jealousy, what happens behind the curtain, those same people that's giving negative to your ear, are probably the same d*mn people that couldn't wait for you to get fired. She probably did not understand that."
The Hall of Famer concluded:
"We know it all. When I say we know it all, dude, you couldn't come to us with no stupid sh*t. At the end of the day, we gonna stand up and we gonna back it up. Why? Because we just that godd*mn good. That's why. And if anybody can prove us wrong, go ahead. [...] So long story short, Ronda Rousey, you f*cked up," he added.
Late WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt is one of the few names who showed candor to Ronda Rousey, according to the former Women's Champion. She revealed in her book that she had a genuine moment with the former WWE Champion.
One of Ronda Rousey's biggest criticisms against WWE was inequality
Ronda Rousey's longtime friend Shayna Baszler broke character to bring heed to the fact that she contributed a lot to wrestling for women. However, it is often diminished on account of her demeanor.
Rousey recently brought up how women do not get the same level of treatment as other stars in WWE do, taking Logan Paul as reference. She feels that if the company allowed them to rehearse the same way Paul does prior to his contests, they can pull off better contests that can rival the men's work.
