Ben Carter impressed a lot of people during his short time in AEW. Carter, who was quarantining recently after testing positive for COVID-19, had also recently appeared in IMPACT Wrestling. Unfortunately for AEW fans, it looks like Ben Carter has chosen to sign a contract with WWE. This was hinted at by AEW star Miro in a recent Twitch stream:
I know, but we lost Ben Carter. He's gone to the dark side. I mean, good luck to him. I was really impressed with his stuff.
