Following the OG Bloodline's loss to the new Bloodline, Sami Zayn accidentally kicked Roman Reigns. This led to a massive argument between Zayn and Jimmy Uso.

In the opening match of the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event, Reigns and The Usos were defeated by the new Bloodline. Reigns was pinned by Solo Sikoa, who secured the victory after hitting The OTC with a couple of Samoan Spikes.

Post-match, The Bloodline used the numbers game to ambush the OG Bloodline. This led to Sami Zayn saving his former stablemate, Jey Uso. Unfortunately, things went from bad to worse for Reigns, who accidentally took a Helluva Kick to the face by Zayn after getting pinned.

Jey Uso maintained peace between Zayn and Jimmy, who got into a heated argument after the former Intercontinental Champion hit Reigns.

Heading into Crown Jewel, Sami Zayn confronted Jey Uso about his decision to reunite with Reigns. Later on in the show, he was seen talking to Solo Sikoa. However, at Crown Jewel Zayn refused to side with Sikoa's Bloodline.
At the 2023 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, Zayn officially left The Bloodline after hitting Reigns with a steel chair. This also led to his reunion with Kevin Owens before the duo defeated The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.
It remains to be seen how things pan out for Zayn and the OG Bloodline.
