The sixth WWE Crown Jewel PLE is currently underway in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The big event opened up with major happenings among The Bloodline. Superstars are now preparing for Survivor Series: WarGames, and it looks like Sami Zayn is back in the mix for one significant reason. One wrestling legend has just offered his unique expertise on where things are headed.
Today's Crown Jewel opener saw Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga defeat Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso. After the match, the heel Bloodline members attacked the original Bloodline, as a "Sami Zayn!" chant broke out. The former Honorary Uce finally ran out and faced off with Sikoa and his crew. Sami seemed to accept a spot in Sikoa's faction, but he pulled a swerve and slammed him. Reigns and The Usos then saved Zayn from a beatdown, but Sikoa ducked a double-team and Sami laid Roman out. Zayn walked out by himself after arguing with Jimmy. Now, legendary journalist Bill Apter has offered his views on the matter.
The New Tribal Chief pinned The Original Tribal Chief in today's finish, which shakes things up on the road to Survivor Series and the rumored Bloodline vs. Bloodline WarGames match. Despite the tension and chaos, Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter believes Sami will play a major role with Team Roman. The wrestling legend also predicted more dissension.
"Hard to believe that there is dissension in the Roman-Uso's faction. I did not expect that at all. No one did. Now that Sami Zayn is in the picture it's made things even worse as he supposedly inadvertently attacked Roman Reigns. This Bloodline is a mess right now. I think though that Zayn will somehow wind up with the Roman team at Survivor Series and more dissension may happen there," Bill Apter said.
Survivor Series 2022 saw Zayn, Reigns, Sikoa, and The Usos defeat Kevin Owens, Sheamus, Ridge Holland, Butch, and Drew McIntyre inside the brutal WarGames structure. The main event match lasted almost 39 minutes.
