Seth Rollins clears the air about how he will referee CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre showdown at SummerSlam

WWE star Seth Rollins will be responsible for maintaining order when CM Punk and Drew McIntyre go into battle with each other. The highly anticipated match will take place at SummerSlam.

This past week on RAW, the Visionary laid down the law and told both competitors that he would be the ultimate authority during the match. All three stars took verbal shots at each other. The segment ended with CM Punk staring down at The Scottish Warrior while Drew pulled out Punk's bracelet that had The Best in The World's wife's and dog's names on it.

During an exclusive interview with ESPN Sportscenter ahead of SummerSlam, the Special Guest Referee acknowledged that Punk vs. Drew was arguably the biggest match on the card. The Architect mentioned there was a lot of animosity among the three men. However, Seth made it clear that he would make fair calls during the match and call it right down the middle.

"Yeah, I don't like Drew; I don't like Punk. Punk doesn't like Drew, who doesn't like me. Yeah, you're right; there's a lot of tension between the three of us. It's going down Saturday, Cleveland, SummerSlam. I'm gonna have my stripes on, a little preview tonight. I'm rocking the zebra print all week long in preparation. I gotta get the mind right. So I'm gonna get the clothes right, the fashion right, gonna get the mind right. I'm gonna call it right down the middle. Let these two slug it out; may the best man win," he said. [From 0:46-1:15]

Vince Russo ridiculed Seth Rollins' wardrobe choices

During this week's Legion of RAW podcast, former WWE writer Vince Russo poked fun at Seth Rollins' puffy shirt. Russo claimed that Rollins was prancing around just to get a pop from fans while making an absolute fool of himself.

"First of all, bro, he's [Seth Rollins] dressing like an absolute m***n and a clown. He's wearing the Jerry Seinfeld puffy shirt now, okay, big pop! Just so you understand that, he puts that on in the locker room, and then he comes out and prances around and everybody pops. So they do that c**p to get over with each other. Meanwhile, you look like a clown, bro; you look like an a**e clown," Russo said.

The veteran writer was not impressed by the promo segment involving CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins, claiming that the segment went on for too long and was all over the place.
