Seth Rollins drops major tease ahead of WWE RAW

Seth Rollins shared a major tease ahead of tonight's episode of WWE RAW. This week's edition of the red brand will air live from Boston, Massachusetts, and is the first show following Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Visionary took to Instagram ahead of tonight's show to share a major tease. RAW will be moving from USA Network to Netflix on January 6, 2025. Seth Rollins noted that there was a "seismic shift" coming, and you can check out his message in the Instagram post below.

"A seismic shift. Time to shake the ground. #WWERaw takes over Netflix on January 6th," he wrote.

Seth Rollins was not booked for a match at Saturday Night's Main Event. The former World Heavyweight Champion is currently involved in a rivalry with CM Punk on RAW. The two stars were rumored to clash at WrestleMania XL, but Punk tore his triceps during the Men's Royal Rumble match, and the match never took place. It was reported earlier today that CM Punk will be kicking off tonight's edition of WWE RAW at the TD Garden.

Update on rumored WWE match between Seth Rollins and CM Punk

There has been an update regarding the rumors that CM Punk will be squaring off against Seth Rollins when WWE RAW debuts on Netflix on January 6, 2025.

Speaking during a Live Q&A available exclusively via Backstage Pass, WrestleVotes provided an update on the rumored match between Punk and Rollins next month. WrestleVotes noted that they heard from a source that the match would likely take place next month but added that he could not confirm if it would be the main event of RAW's debut on Netflix.

"I followed up on that report. I got back from one source that they haven't decided completely. And I got back from another source [that said] 'looks that way.' So, it's clearly on the table. It's trending towards that for January 6th. I think Dr. Chris Featherstone may have nailed it on the head that this match is going to be the main event - although I can't confirm at the moment." Seth Rollins and Bronson Reed had a major rivalry on WWE RAW that was rumored to continue following Survivor Series. However, Bronson Reed suffered a broken ankle during the Men's WarGames Match at the premium live event last month, and those plans were canceled following the injury.
