During his promo on this week's RAW, Rollins was interrupted by Damian Priest. The former is determined to regain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, which he lost to Drew McIntyre at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

The Shield made its WWE debut in 2012 and quickly rose to stardom. The trio of Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Dean Ambrose run roughshod through the main roster, setting their sights on superstars including The Rock, The Undertaker, CM Punk, and others.
In 2014, following The Shield's second consecutive victory over Evolution, the faction disbanded when Rollins betrayed Reigns and Ambrose. This led to him aligning with The Authority and winning his first WWE Championship.
