Rollins has been the World Heavyweight Champion for quite some time now. He has also proven to be a fighting champion who has defended his title against all comers.
However, during his previous rivalry with Shinsuke Nakamura, it was revealed that Rollins has a bad back thanks to his fighting attitude. Despite a back injury, The Visionary managed to survive against Nakamura.
Currently, Rollins is feuding with Drew McIntyre, and the two men are set to face each other at WWE Crown Jewel for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Tonight on RAW, Rollins was walking backstage when he ran into Rhea Ripley, who offered The Judgment Day's services to him, but Rollins turned her down. She then said that Rollins won't be able to have a long title reign like Roman Reigns with his bad back without Judgment Day's support.
To this, the World Heavyweight Champion vowed that he would never be like Roman Reigns, thereby also rejecting Rhea's offer.
