Seth Rollins was sent a threat on WWE RAW and was left with only one choice. Adam Pearce was also threatened.
On RAW, Bronson Reed made it clear that he would do whatever he wanted to get exactly what he needed. When he felt ignored, he attacked Seth Rollins without provocation and put him out of action for months by hitting him with multiple Tsunamis. When the star could hardly breathe, he continued and left him with bruised ribs and internal bleeding.
Thus, when Rollins returned, he immediately went after Reed and hit him with a stomp on the steel steps during his Last Monster Standing Match against Braun Strowman. This led to Strowman winning, something that Reed has not been able to forgive. Although Strowman is now out with a groin injury, Reed knows what's next for him on the show.
He demanded on RAW this week that Adam Pearce give him a match against Seth Rollins. He promised to destroy the star, sending a message to The Architect. Pearce was also left without much of an option, as Reed basically blackmailed him, saying that the attacks on different stars would stop once Reed got his match.
Pearce took Reed on his word and went to talk to Rollins. The RAW General Manager will now hope that by giving him the match, he will be able to stop Reed from wreaking havoc on RAW as that was the only option he had.
Rollins would later accept the match. The two stars are expected to meet each other in the ring soon.
