Sheamus reacts to unexpected ambush on WWE RAW

WWE Superstar Sheamus clashed against 'Big' Bronson Reed on the July 15, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. The Celtic Warrior wrestled a tough opponent but eventually ended up emerging victorious. Despite the win, however, the night didn’t end on a good note for him as he was unexpectedly ambushed by a former friend.

Pete Dunne was the surprise attacker of the Irish Superstar who blindsided The Great White after his win against Bronson Reed. Following this attack, the 46-year-old was approached for a backstage interview and was asked if he knew the reason behind the attack. But, this only bewildered him more and he gave an annoyed reaction.

“Why's Pete Dunne got so much beef with me, huh? All I've ever done is try to help that lad out and lift him up. He's got so much beef. For a vegan lad, he's got more beef than anyone else. I don't get it. I don't get it. Why has everyone got beef with me? I don't get it. Maybe you should ask Pete Dunne what his problem is,” exclaimed Sheamus.

The four-time WWE Champ had saved Dunne from Reed last week after he tried to continue to punish Dunne despite winning the match. For some reason, however, The Bruiserweight Fighter didn’t like it and shrugged his savior off. Pete Dunne and Sheamus used to be teammates when they formed a faction along with Ridge Holland named The Brawling Brutes.

But, The Celtic Warrior took a long hiatus after some time, which weakened the faction, eventually dissolving it. While Sheamus would have worried about the behavior of Dunne, he recently posted a message that conveyed that he already had a lot to deal with.

Sheamus names all superstars who have beef with him

Sheamus has been one of the brightest wrestling superstars in the WWE locker room for a very long time. Despite this, he currently has a long list of fighters who have become his enemies. Namedropping all of them, The Celtic Warrior added a tweet on X and called these wrestlers out in a unique way.

By mentioning that he is glad that he isn’t a vegetarian, the Irishman is also sending a message that he won’t have any problems eating these wrestlers up. But, unlike others, Pete Dunne is his former ally. It would be interesting to see if The Celtic Warrior can go cold and take care of business if The Bruiserweight attacks him again.
