A relatively recent release from WWE has surprised a veteran. According to JTG, Vince McMahon denied this particular talent's release multiple times before.

The talent in question is none other than Dolph Ziggler, who is currently active in TNA under the name Nic Nemeth. Despite being one of the most recognizable names in WWE history, he was more famous for his epic sells and back-to-back losses than his victories. Previously, Dolph had also revealed that Vince McMahon planned to keep him around 'forever.'

On this week's episode of Sportskeeda's UnSKripted, JTG was asked about his thoughts regarding underutilized talents in WWE. Taking the example of Dolph Ziggler, he stated:

"I can't look at it from a personal perspective; I gotta look at it from a business perspective. Like as a businessman, you invested money into this superstar, and you haven't gotten your money out of him yet... Every time you are on TV that costs money. Do you use them to make another superstar look good? You know that's how get your money back? Or do you, you know, give him another shot? You gotta take away the personal side of it," the veteran said. [18:12 onwards]

Currently, Dolph Ziggler is the TNA World Champion as Nic Nemeth. It remains to be seen what is next for him in his career.
