After dating fitness model, influencer, and trainer Toni Cassano for a while, the duo recently got married in February 2024. The couple opted for an extravagant wedding in New Jersey, and chose to be quite vocal about their relationship on social media. Although Deville is currently out of action due to her torn ACL, she is keeping the fans updated about her day-to-day life.

Recently, Deville took to social media to appreciate her partner, Cassano, for being alongside her for the past two years. She also added that this is just the beginning of the good times for them.
