[Spoilers] Dominik Mysterio fails Finn Balor once again; loses big match after verbal spat

Dominik Mysterio got into a verbal spat with Finn Balor on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. Dirty Dom’s recent success over Damian Priest had seemingly gotten to his head. However, his overconfidence didn’t yield him another win in the ring.

Dominik Mysterio and Carlito teamed up to face The War Raiders for next week’s taping of RAW. The number one contenders for the World Tag Team Title had provoked Finn Balor last week and said Dom had accomplished what he couldn’t. This almost caused a backstage brawl between him and the future challengers.

This week, Dirty Dom repeated the words of The War Raiders and got on the nerves of The Prince. He also said that he would speak to Adam Pearce and get an official match against them alongside Carlito. However, Dom’s tough-guy act fell apart and The Raiders secured the win.

With this, Dominik Mysterio has lost two consecutive matches since his win over Damian Priest. Moreover, his relationship with Balor has also taken a hit because of his antics.

It will be interesting to see how The Judgment Day moves forward with these internal tensions festering within their ranks.
