Sami Zayn doesn't have a great record against one former World Champion. His record is so bad that he has yet to pick up a win against him. He suffered his 18th loss against that star in just three years on the December 23rd pre-taped episode of RAW.

On the December 16 episode of RAW, Drew McIntyre got into a backstage brawl with Sami Zayn, whom he defeated for the 17th time at Saturday Night's Main Event. This set up a match for December 23.
Zayn would face Drew McIntyre and lose to him again in the pre-taped episode of RAW - making him 0-18-1 against The Scottish Warrior. That "one" in that record is from a No Contest result they had in a lumberjack match on April 22, 2022.
Unfortunately, the video of the match finish hasn't been posted yet.
What was also interesting about the McIntyre ordeal was that in the early part of the December 23 taping, he came out to cut a promo and was interrupted by Sami Zayn.
Jey Uso, who returned earlier on the show to take McIntyre out, once again haunted his rival as he took him out with a post-match spear.
Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Zayn to finally get a win over The Scottish Warrior.
