The WWE Universe has reacted to a disappointing update about Brock Lesnar, who last appeared at SummerSlam 2023. The Beast Incarnate isn't returning any time in the foreseeable future if a recent report is to be believed.
Brock Lesnar lost to Cody Rhodes at last year's SummerSlam event. Earlier this year, he was seemingly alluded to in Janel Grant's lawsuit against Vince McMahon. Many fans believed back then that Lesnar would never return to WWE. Many others believe that the behemoth is bound to return somewhere down the line.
Sportskeeda Wrestling's Dr. Chris Featherstone recently reported that the internal belief backstage is that Lesnar isn't returning "any time in the foreseeable future." Wrestling fans came in droves to the post to react to the big report. Check out some of the most notable responses below:
What exactly did the report in question say about Brock Lesnar's future?
As per Featherstone, there haven't been any internal talks lately about a possible Lesnar return to WWE TV. Check out the full comment below:
"I have been informed that there's been no internal conversations regarding Brock Lesnar coming back to WWE, and the belief is that he will not be returning any time in the foreseeable future."
Lesnar has done it all in the pro-wrestling business. There was a time back in the day when fans were convinced he was never going to step foot in the squared circle again. It all changed on the RAW after WrestleMania 28 in 2012 when The Beast Incarnate made his shocking WWE return and attacked John Cena.
Thus kicked off quite possibly the most dominant run of any superstar in the history of WWE. Lesnar cemented himself as one of the greatest of all time during this run, and put down some of the biggest names of the business in the ring.
