A WWE Hall of Famer has opened up about the hate Tessa Blanchard has received since her controversial return to TNA Wrestling. Blanchard recently came back to TNA Wrestling at Final Resolution and attacked Jordynne Grace in a shocking moment.
Tessa Blanchard made a tweet mere hours before winning the IMPACT World Championship from Sami Callihan at Hard To Kill 2020. She urged women to try supporting one another. It proved to be a massive mistake on her part, as several female stars immediately tweeted allegations of bullying and racism against her.
Over the next several months, Tessa's stock dropped significantly, and she almost vanished from the pro wrestling scene. Her return at TNA Final Resolution was met with massive backlash on social media. Now, WWE legend Booker T has come out supporting Blanchard on his podcast, The Hall of Fame.
"I just want to put this out there that I've already seen criticisms of Tessa Blanchard being back and people still wanting to try and cancel her," Booker said. "Man, y'all, get off of it, man, get off of it. And the thing is, if something was said, if an apology was made, and fences were mended, we should be able to move on." [H/T WrestlingInc]

A current WWE star was among the ones who made allegations against Tessa Blanchard
Chelsea Green recently defeated Michin, aka Mia Yim, at Saturday Night's Main Event. With the win, she became the first-ever Women's United States Champion in the history of WWE.
Green was one of several women who bashed Tessa in response to her tweet calling for female stars to support each other. Blanchard fired back at Green and later talked about how the allegations affected her mental health. Green also responded to those comments and called Tessa "an egotistical bully."
