Adam Pearce is a key part of the WWE machine as he works on-screen and behind the scenes. The veteran talent had a storied career long before joining the company, and he goes way back with many top stars. Pearce and a Hall of Famer just had an exchange over a rare piece of wrestling history.

Scrap Iron is the current RAW General Manager. The 46-year-old also works as Director of Live Events and a producer, while previously training talents at the Performance Center. Pearce began his career in 1996, shortly after high school, and retired from in-ring action in December 2014. The legendary Diamond Dallas Page is one of many top talents Pearce locked up with in his career.

DDP and Pearce wrestled twice in 2004, while Rick Bassman's Ultimate Pro Wrestling was a developmental territory for World Wrestling Entertainment. UPW Title Wave in July of that year saw Page and The Miz defeat Pearce and Babi Slymm. Three months later, The Master of the Diamond Cutter defeated Pearce in singles action at UPW Destruction In The Desert.

The official WWE Vault channel on YouTube has revealed the rare DDP vs. Pearce match. The RAW GM himself presents the match and discusses his time in UPW, his friendship with Dallas, and more.

Page took to X/Twitter today to plug the match. Pearce then responded and thanked WCW's fourth Triple Crown Champion for the memories.

"Thanks for the memories, my friend!" Adam Pearce wrote.

Pearce is a five-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, a one-time PWG World Champion, and a one-time UPW Heavyweight Champion. He was inducted into the NWA Hall of Fame, Class of 2015.

DDP calls on WWE fans for new project

Diamond Dallas Page is widely regarded as one of the good guys in professional wrestling. The veteran star has used his fitness programs to help many legends over the years, including Scott Hall, Jake Roberts, Buff Bagwell, Scotty Riggs, and Shawn Michaels, among others.

DDP's programs have also helped numerous pro athletes and everyday people. He took to X this week to announce his new project, noting that he wants fans to be involved. Page is specifically seeking fans who are looking for motivation, inspiration, and stimulation, as explained in the video below.

"I'm working on a new project, and I want YOU to be part of it. Use the link below, fill out the form, and let's work together to help you #OwnYourLife! [fist emoji] [diamond emoji] @DDPYoga #DDPY #inspiration #motivation #WWE #WWERaw," DDP shared with the video below.

Page was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, Class of 2017. His brief career with the Stamford-based promotion included a run as European Champion, and as Tag Team Champion with Chris Kanyon.
