The Miz was recently featured in the WWE Legends docuseries produced by A&E TV. The A-lister featured in several reality shows before making it to the Stamford-based promotion. The 43-year-old was recently asked which current WWE Superstar would be a misfit for reality shows.
The Miz was recently interviewed by journalist Shakiel Mahjouri on the SHAK Wrestling podcast. The former WWE Champion mentioned the names of reality shows that he has featured in, including Real World. Following this, Mahjouri asked the veteran to name a current WWE Superstar who would be a misfit for the Real World. Interestingly, he named The Judgment Day's Finn Balor in response to the peculiar question.
The Awesome Truth also added that Alpha Academy member Otis would be ideal for the reality show.
“If you ask who would be great on it, it's like Otis. I mean, I can watch that guy all day long, nonstop. Who would not like being on the Real World with a camera in their face all the time, 24x7, have to ask to leave? [sic] Off the top of my head, I would say Finn Balor would not like a camera on his face 24x7,'' he said. [9:15-9:48]
The Miz details why he would not stay connected to WWE post-retirement
During the same interview, Shakiel Mahjouri asked The Miz if the former Mr. Money in the Bank would stay connected with the promotion following his retirement.
In response, the former World Tag Team Champion revealed his desire to be a ''great husband'' and a ''great dad'' after his full-time retirement from the squared circle.
“Where this goes after WWE, um, I don't know. Like, I want to be a great dad. I want to be a great husband. I want Monroe and Madison to grow up with a dad that's that's there; that's present. That takes them to gymnastics, or takes them to jiu-jitsu, or soccer, or wherever they want to be. So that's where my mindset is at [sic] right now. You're like, 'Well, what about you, you know, your job, and that kind of stuff?' Like, 'My job is to be a dad, right?' So I think that's the most important,'' he said. [12:02-12:40]
