The Miz makes major WWE announcement

Former WWE Champion The Miz made a major announcement on social media that was also shown on the latest episode of NXT. He revealed that he will host a show next week that will feature two superstars from the brand.

The A-Lister is a two-time Grand Slam Champion and has headlined numerous premium live events, including WrestleMania. He was scheduled to compete on RAW last night against Bronson Reed, but the bout was scrapped after the Aussie star was attacked by Braun Strowman.

The Miz recently took to X to share a video announcing that he will host a special edition of Miz TV on NXT next week featuring North American Champion Oba Femi and the #1 contender Tony D'Angelo. He asked them to sign the contract for their title match during the segment.

"Tony D'Angelo, saw your training montage. Pretty impressive. Now you and Oba can sign your contract in Ava's office at any time. But how about next week? Live on the debut of NXT on The CW. It's Oba Femi and Tony D'Angelo on Miz TV. Now that sounds awesome!" said The Miz.

Tony D'Angelo has been training very hard for Oba Femi. It'll be interesting to see whether his hard work will pay off.
