The O.C. member attacked backstage by Nia Jax

A member of The O.C. was attacked backstage by Nia Jax. This incident took place during tonight's episode of SmackDown.

When Michin returned back to the WWE, she helped The O.C. fight off The Judgment Day. After that, she became a member of the group. Since then, she has formed a close bond with Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, and AJ Styles. She started accompanying them during their matches.

Even on WWE NXT, Gallows and Anderson have stood in Michin's corner for her matches. Despite all the support she has received from The O.C., Michin has failed to win too many big matches recently. Tonight, she had the chance to qualify for Money in the Bank but lost to Chelsea Green in a three-way bout where Bianca Belair was the third participant. Following the match, Michin was upset backstage when Tiffany Stratton walked in and mocked her for losing tonight.

When Stratton went to attack her, Michin blocked it and slapped her across the face. At this moment, Nia Jax attacked Michin, dropping her to the floor. Jax's assault on Michin seems to continue their feud tonight on the blue brand, even though they haven't faced each other in the ring yet.

This assault could lead to a match at MITB between Jax and Michin, with Tiffany seemingly backing The Irresistible Force. But it will also be interesting to see if Jax forms an alliance with Stratton after coming to her rescue tonight.
