The Final Boss addressed the WWE Universe after Triple H's opening promo. He reappeared in the aftermath of the epic Tribal Combat between Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa. He put the Ula Fala around The OTC's neck and shook hands with him.

Shortly afterward, The Rock went live on Instagram to confirm he will appear tomorrow night on WWE NXT.

The Rock's daughter, Ava, is the current General Manager of NXT. Tomorrow promises to be a huge night for the brand, as it prepares to host the New Year's Evil premium live event.
Several major matches have been confirmed for the show, including a Triple Threat Match for the NXT Championship. The reigning champion Trick Williams will defend his title against Oba Femi and Eddy Thorpe.
The NXT Women's Championship will also be on the line with Roxanne Perez defending against Giulia. Cora Jade, Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice, and Stephanie Vaquer will cross paths in a Fatal Four-Way Match to decide the number one contender for the NXT Women's North American Championship.
Lexis King will face Charlie Dempsey for the Heritage Cup. Gigi Dolin, Shotzi, and Tatum Paxley will battle Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx).
