WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker has spent decades at the Stamford-based promotion before hanging up the boots. The Deadman recently made a bold prediction and envisioned Cody Rhodes as a heel in the near future.

Earlier this year, Cody Rhodes cemented himself as the biggest babyface and the face of the company' after conquering Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia. Fans adore the American Nightmare in every demo after his rise to the top.

However, The Deadman had an interesting take on the star. During an appearance on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet, Taker praised Cody Rhodes' work as a babyface but believes he'll have a bigger run down the road as a villainous character as he envisions Rhodes as a heel.

"I think he's doing a phenomenal job. And again, I think he's gonna have a tremendous run as a babyface, but I think his bigger run will be as a heel. I think there's just something about Cody that I envision as a heel. It's down the road. Because right now I think he's killing it as the babyface and his promos are on point. He's fighting all the people, he's almost the anti-Roman for the most part. So things are gonna be really interesting when Roman comes back too," Taker said. (H/T Chris Van Vliet)

Cody Rhodes could possibly defend his title against Solo Sikoa at WWE Money in the Bank 2024

Earlier this year, Cody Rhodes captured the Undisputed WWE Championship and took the final championship from The Bloodline. After The Tribal Chief went on a hiatus, Solo Sikoa took over the reins and declared himself as the new Tribal Chief after WrestleMania XL.

The Tribal Heir added Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to the fray and continued to dominate Friday Night SmackDown. Regardless of Kevin Owens and Randy Orton's efforts to stop the stable, The Bloodline has their eyes set on The American Nightmare.

After Cody Rhodes defeated AJ Styles in an 'I Quit' match at WWE Clash at the Castle 2024, Solo Sikoa appeared before Tonga and Loa blindsided the champion. R-KO came out to even the odds in Scotland. Earlier this month, a report did mention a potential clash between Rhodes and Sikoa.

SummerSlam might be too far away for the two to settle scores, and there's a high chance that The American Nightmare will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against The Tribal Heir in Canada at WWE Money in the Bank 2024.
