A few weeks ago, The Miz turned heel and attacked R-Truth on the Monday Night show. Truth didn't understand why he attacked him, but the A-Lister explained that he didn't want to be in a tag team with Truth anymore. The two men squared off on the October 7, 2024, episode of RAW, and Truth came out on top.
Last week on RAW, R-Truth attacked The Miz during the Authors of Pain's match, costing them the match. The Final Testament were not happy about this, and they attacked Truth in the ring. Just then, the lights went out, and when they came back on, The Wyatt Sicks attacked them. Paul Ellering sacrificed himself to save The A-Lister from Uncle Howdy.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker.
