The Wyatt Sicks announced themselves on the big stage last week as they took out Chad Gable, among others, upon their WWE debut. However, wrestling veteran Vince Russo believes it should have been Ricochet instead of the Alpha Academy star.
Ricochet is seemingly on his way out of WWE and was written off TV programming after an attack from Bron Breakker. Chad Gable, meanwhile, returned to action just a week after being left bloodied by The Wyatt Sicks. The Olympian defeated Braun Strowman and Bronson Reed in a triple-threat match to advance to the Money in the Bank Ladder match.
Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo questioned the company's decision to bring back Chad Gable after he was laid out last week. The former WWE writer added that Ricochet could have easily taken Gable's spot since he was already on his way out of the company.
"Why would you do that? [Bring Gable back]. You just annihilated Ricochet the week before, that should’ve been the victim. The fact that looked like Gable was dead last week and not only is he wrestling this week but he is winning? That hurts the Sicks."

Russo further noted that decisions like this will end up hurting the credibility of The Wyatt Sicks.
"Here’s what always happens. These things start adding up. We saw them start adding up with Retribution. You have these little misses every week and they add up. This story needs to be flawless. We see a guy that we thought was dead last week, not only competing seven days later but winning his match." [From 19:15 onwards]

The sinister faction was also present on the red brand last night as Nikki Cross delivered a VHS tape to Michael Cole. The tape contained a conversation between Uncle Howdy and Bo Dallas.
The group still seems to have Chad Gable in its sights as lights were flickering when the Alpha Academy member made his entrance. Cross also appeared immediately after the Olympian's victory.
